Referral program

Know a company whose growth has stalled?

Most of my work arrives by introduction. If you send one that turns into an engagement, you get paid for it, clearly, and on the same schedule I get paid. No partner agreement, no exclusivity, no quota.

Who to refer

A good referral usually sounds like one of these

  • Series A through growth stage, with product-market fit and a revenue motion that isn't repeatable yet.
  • A VC or PE sponsor whose portfolio company is behind plan and needs an operator, not another deck.
  • A CEO or founder carrying revenue personally because there's no one else to own it.
  • A partnership channel that produces logos and press releases but no pipeline.
  • A CRO seat that's turned over more than once in two years.
  • A company where sales, customer success, and marketing each hit their own numbers while revenue misses.

How it works

Four steps, no chasing

  1. 01

    Submit

Tell me who they are and why now. Two minutes.

  2. 02

    Confirmed

I reply within two business days confirming the referral is registered to you.

  3. 03

    Conversation

I take it from there. You're kept in the loop, never put in the middle.

  4. 04

    Paid

If it becomes a paid engagement, your fee follows every payment they make.

The terms

Written plainly, because a referral fee shouldn't need a lawyer

The fee
10% of net fees collected in the first 12 months of the engagement, paid on what I actually collect, not on what's signed.
When it's paid
Within 30 days of each client payment clearing. If the client pays in installments, your fee follows the same schedule.
What qualifies
A company I'm not already in conversation with, introduced through this form, that signs a paid engagement within 12 months of your referral.
How it's confirmed
I confirm in writing within two business days whether the referral is new to me. That confirmation is what protects your fee.
How you're paid
By invoice, company or individual, your choice, paid by transfer. US referrers submit a W-9; non-US, a W-8BEN.
What's excluded
Self-referrals, referrals of your own employer, and anyone bound by an agreement that prohibits referral compensation.

These terms are confirmed in a short written agreement before any fee is paid. Aliado Advisory LLC reserves the right to decline a referral that isn't a fit, or that was already in progress.

Who should I be talking to?

The more context you give me, the faster I can tell you whether it's a fit, and the better the first conversation goes for everyone.

About you
The company you're referring

By submitting, you confirm you have a genuine relationship with the company and are comfortable with me knowing you passed their name along. Details stay confidential.
