About Aliado

Built inside the machine, accountable to the number

Aliado Advisory was founded for CEOs, Founders, and CROs who are tired of advisors who diagnose and leave. The most valuable growth knowledge doesn't live in frameworks. It lives in people who have carried a revenue target, survived real executive pressure, and built the motions that actually hit the number. Alexandria Warren is one of them.

Meet the founder

A systems thinker, builder, and operator

Alexandria is a systems thinker, builder, and operator, a Swiss Army knife that gets deployed strategically. She's been called in to build new revenue lines and offerings, take them to market, fix broken undefined teams not delivering customer satisfaction or revenue goals, and identify the gaps in revenue on land and expand. She finds the cross-functional breaks and builds a revenue growth ecosystem end to end across every function of the business, so not just the front-line sellers, but the entire organization is driving top-of-funnel and revenue expansion.

"I'm not here to hand you a diagnosis and leave. I've built these motions under real executive pressure, with real budgets and real turnover, and I'd rather build them with your team than describe them to you."

~10 years

Inside one high-growth company, from single-digit-million revenue through 100x growth and a $400M capital raise.

6 functions built or rebuilt

Partner programs, solutions consulting, sales effectiveness, customer success, a service product line, and an M&A service offering.

Service-to-SaaS

Helped a service product evolve into a SaaS company and led sales effectiveness through the transition.

Fractional seat

CRO, COO, or Chief of Staff for VC- and PE-backed companies that need an operator now.

The founder story

A decade of building, from the inside

Alexandria spent nearly a decade inside one high-growth company, not as an observer, but as the person building solutions consulting and customer success from scratch, launching a service product line and an M&A service offering, and rebuilding a partner program that didn't just generate high-volume leads, but converted them into net-new revenue, in close partnership with marketing and product. That company scaled from single-digit-million revenue through 100x growth to its last capital raise of $400M.

Along the way she helped one service product evolve into a SaaS company and led sales effectiveness through that transition, from selling a managed offering to selling a platform, without losing the revenue line in the process.

That meant living through the part most advisors never see: the cross-functional breaks where revenue leaks, the land-and-expand gaps that show up late, the broken teams that aren't delivering customer satisfaction or revenue goals, and the growth plans that quietly reset every time a key leader moves on.

The lesson that stuck: companies don't hit their number on heroic individuals or front-line sellers alone. They hit it when the whole organization is driving top-of-funnel and revenue expansion through connected motions: documented, measured, and owned by the team.

That background means she can work from inside the org chart, not just beside it. For VC- and PE-backed companies that need an operator now, she steps in as a fractional CRO, COO, or Chief of Staff, carrying the target, running the operating rhythm, and sitting in the board update, while building a motion that outlasts the seat and hands cleanly to a permanent hire.

Alexandria built Aliado Advisory to build those motions alongside yours, and to be measured the way your team is: on revenue won, kept, and expanded.

The difference

An operator, not a consultant.

"I've lived the chaos, built the systems, and proven the results, in real operating environments, not slide decks."

Systems thinker, builder, operator

Deployed to build revenue lines and offerings, take them to market, fix broken teams missing revenue and satisfaction goals, and close the gaps in land-and-expand revenue, including helping a service product transition into SaaS, across every function that touches the customer. Inside one company that scaled from single-digit millions through 100x growth to a $400M capital raise.

Sharpened by turnover

Leadership changed. The brief changed. She was deployed again and again to fix, build, and rebuild the functions that moved revenue forward. The growth motions that kept running are the only real test of whether a system belongs to the company or to the person who built it.

Revenue growth ecosystem builder

I don't optimize one function in isolation. I find the cross-functional breaks and build a revenue growth ecosystem end to end, so the whole organization drives top-of-funnel and expansion.

Acceleration, not just optimization

Fixing what's broken is the floor. The work is turning expensive, chaotic growth into efficient, scalable revenue, and building the connective tissue that keeps it that way.

Philosophy

Results that outlast people

01

Allies, not vendors

We embed with your team and carry real accountability for the number. A strategy that can't survive contact with reality isn't a strategy, it's a slide deck.

02

Connection over addition

Most scale-ups don't need more headcount, more tools, or more channels. They need the ones they already have to convert.

03

Measured, then handed over

We agree up front on which revenue metrics should move. The measure of our work is what those numbers do after we leave, with your team owning the motion.

Why scale-ups

The stage where connection pays back fastest

Between product-market fit and IPO, every company hits the same wall: the informal coordination that worked at 30 people collapses at 150. Functions specialize, deals slip between them, and each incremental dollar of revenue costs more to win.

That's exactly the window where connecting the motion pays for itself many times over, in revenue won, kept, and expanded, and where our experience is deepest. We work with CEOs, Founders, CROs, and their VC and PE sponsors from Series A through scale-up, growth-stage, and enterprise startup, companies that feel that wall and want to break through it deliberately.

The name

Aliado. (ah-lee-AH-doh)

Spanish: ally, partner-in-arms.

Most advisory firms show up with a deck, diagnose your problems, and leave before the hard part starts. That's not partnership, that's a consulting engagement with a fancy vocabulary.

An aliado is different. It's the person who's actually in it with you, who builds alongside your team, carries real accountability for the outcome, and doesn't disappear the moment the strategy meets reality.

Growth isn't a slide deck. It's a system, built together, by people who show up as allies, not vendors.
